LOUISVILLE, KY– In response to Governors Andy Beshear and Mike DeWine’s announcement on the future of the Brent Spence Bridge, Charles Booker said, “This is big news, and so important for Kentucky and Ohio families and businesses.”
He continued, “The prospect of a new bridge, without tolls, is made possible by the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, legislation that Rand Paul proudly voted against. This critical development is a major part of my vision of a Kentucky New Deal, which will bring an increase in much needed improvements to infrastructure across the Commonwealth.”
